Objectives:

Supervision of Ongoing Services: Participants will be able to discuss the purpose of supervision, identify strategies and potential outcomes of ineffective supervision, prepare for the supervisory relationship, develop a supervision plan , and refine collaboration and compassionate care skills.  

Supervision of Trainees:  Participants will be able to discuss compliance with fieldwork requirements, create evaluations to show the effectiveness of their training and supervision, engage in ethical decision-making and ethical behavior, and develop a plan for professional development.
