Terms and Conditions

Membership runs for 365 days. Materials are meant to be used by members to gain knowledge and understanding and increase their scope of competence and practice. If a member needs to discontinue the membership program, payment will stop if the monthly option was chosen. If the member paid for the full year in one lump sum, the program will not be refunded; however, the participant will have access for the remainder of the year.

Behavior including but not limited to the display of microaggressions, disrespect, or unprofessionalism may result in an automatic termination from the program without program payment being refunded.

  • What is a mastermind?

    Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support to enhance your scope of competence and practice. A mastermind group helps you and other group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals and celebrate accomplishmetns. Mastermind group facilitators start and run these groups. They help the group deep dive into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it. Through the mastermind group process, first you create a goal, then design a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and ethical decision-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded (loudly!), and problem are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking. The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas. The group members support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. This is the essence and value of the membership mastermind group. Each meeting has a mastermind group agenda so that conversations stay on course. The facilitator is tasked with making sure that conversations are deep and balanced, and that all mastermind group meeting agenda items are covered in the time allotted.

  • How long is membership and access to all CEU courses?

    1 year. All memberships and CEU courses are part of the membership program. *We will try to maintain course access to the courses you are registered for. However, we do maintain the right to alter a course or remove the ability to register for a course*

  • Can I cancel my membership?
